Maharashtra: One more blow to Mahaghadi, now Congress MLA resigns

Maharashtra: One more blow to Mahaghadi, now Congress MLA resigns

Following the expansion of the Uddhav Thackeray government's cabinet in Maharashtra, revolts are beginning to be heard.  Now Congress MLA from Jalna, Kailash Gorantyal has resigned.

After the cabinet expansion in Maharashtra, the ruckus is not taking a name.  Congress MLA from Jalna Kailash Gorantyal said that my supporters and I have decided to submit my resignation letter to the state party president.  I have been elected as MLA for the third time and I work for my people.  Yet I have not been made a minister.

 Abdul Sattar gave resignation!

The resignation of Abdul Sattar, who was made the Minister of State from the Shiv Sena quota, was reported.  It is said that he was angry at not being made a cabinet minister.  However, it is also being said that he was not happy with the party's decision to support the Congress in the Zilla Parishad elections.  However, Shiv Sena has denied this news completely wrong.  At the same time, former CM Devendra Fadnavis has hit hard.

Sattar gave some answer like this

On the question of resigning for not getting cabinet rank, Shiv Sena leader Abdul Sattar said that CM Uddhav will meet Thackeray tomorrow and speak again.

 NCP MLA was angry

Prakash Solanke, a four-time NCP MLA from Majalgaon, Beed, had threatened to resign from his seat on Monday night as well as to retire from politics if he did not find a place in the cabinet expansion.  However, he later agreed.  On the other hand, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, who played an important role in forming a coalition government, is also angry with the two-time MLA not making his brother Sunil Raut a minister.  However, he denied the swearing-in ceremony.

Supporters of Congress MLA vandalize party office

It is known that supporters of the Congress protested last Monday when Congress MLA Sangram Thopte from the dawn did not get a place in the cabinet expansion.  Supporters were so angry that they created a lot of uproar and ransacked the Pune office.  By dawn, a party leader had said that all the 20 councilors of Congress resigned in support of Sangram Thopte.  He said that he has submitted his resignations to the top party leaders in Mumbai.  However Sangram Thopte did not comment on this.

Uddhav Thackeray government's downfall begins

In this regard, former CM of the state Devendra Fadnavis has said that this is the beginning of the fall of Uddhav Thackeray government.  Abdul Sattar was betrayed.  Everyone in the government needs a creamy ministry.  Shiv Sena acted as a cheat.  Now the fall of the government has begun.
