Nirbhaya: When will the four convicts be hanged, the hanging will be heard today

On Monday, the attempt to postpone the hanging of the father of one of the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape case also went waste.  The court rejected his FIR related to the charge of perjury against the only eyewitness in the case.

The discussion about the hanging of Nirbhaya's culprits is once again sharp, the noose is ready for them

When the four criminals of Nirbhaya are hanged, a hearing can be held in Patiala House Court today.

Court rejects FIR related to false charge against eyewitness

The discussion about the hanging of Nirbhaya's culprits is once again intensified.  The trap is ready for them in Tihar.  The wait is now just the date of hanging which can be fixed on January 7.  Earlier, the attempt to postpone the hanging of the father of one of the four convicts convicted in the Nirbhaya gang rape case also went waste on Monday.  The court rejected his FIR related to the charge of perjury against the only eyewitness in the case.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Sudhir Kumar Sirohi turned down both Hira Lal Gupta's related demands and complaints.  The court said that the complainant's son Pawan had already been convicted under the relevant FIR and the plea given by him now rested with the convict for defense during the entire trial.  He further stated that no such order of the trial court was presented in which the testimony of the eyewitness was found to be false or untrustworthy.

Nirbhaya's friend will not be tried
The court did not find any of the allegations made in the complaint to be cognizable.  Regarding the allegations related to the production of false evidence under sections 193 to 196 of IPC in Gupta's complaint, the court said that in writing on behalf of the court or any officer appointed by it, a complaint is necessary.  The complaint was filed on behalf of the convict's father by his lawyer AP Singh.  It accused the witness of the case and perjury against the victim's friend.

Will the 7-year wait be over today?

For this, he made the basis of the tweet of the anchor of a Hindi news channel and claimed that he along with his uncle gave false witnesses in the case allegedly by taking bribe.  He said that the police did not take any action on his complaint.  The case relates to a gang-rape of a 23-year-old paramedical student in a moving bus on the night of 16 December 2012, who died a few days after the incident.  Apart from Pawan, Mukesh, Akshay and Vinay were sentenced to death for this crime.  'Nirbhaya''s parents, who have been waiting for the past seven years to see the end of their daughter's crimes, were also present in the court.
